What role will you play?
You will be responsible for managing external and internal client relationships, dealing with a range of queries relating to our managed funds and active ETFs across a range of asset classes and specialist investments whilst focusing on continuous improvement. Your remit will include oversight of different asset classes and specialist investment products, trade confirmations (flows and share selection) and dispute resolution.
What you offer
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and interest in asset management.
• Passion for client service and a passion to deliver on client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management and organisational skills.
• Enjoy working with a range of stakeholders and a willingness to learn.
